Ingredients:
- 2 medium-large mangos, ripe & pitted
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 TBSP red onion, finely chopped
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TBSP lime juice
- 2 TBSP cilantro, fresh and finely chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Dice the mangos into small bite-size pieces. (see picture)
Mix all the ingredients together and cover; refrigerate for at least an hour.
